The lives of 56 kids by providing them with education.
In a remote part of Gujarat, near the Ambaji temple, there’s a place where many children don’t have the chance to go to school. This area, with its challenges, has a group working hard to change things for the better. The Shree Shakti Seva Kendra (SSSK), led by Usha Agarwal, has been a beacon of hope for these children. Starting their journey 8 years ago, they’ve already made a difference in the lives of 56 kids by providing them with education.
But its vision is even bigger. They are in the process of building a school that can welcome 1,000 kids. This won’t be just any school; it’s envisioned as a place where these children can dream, aspire, and work towards a brighter future. The school symbolizes it’s dedication to ensuring that every child gets the education they deserve.
However, SSSK’s efforts don’t stop at just education. They also focus on the families of these children. Offering skill training to the parents, it aims to uplift entire families, helping them move away from poverty. Usha Agarwal and her team are driven by a simple belief: every child, no matter their background, should have the opportunity to study, dream, and thrive.
