Every Day Was Uncertain
For many families living in the tribal regions of Ambaji and the Aravalli hills, home was often a temporary structure made from whatever materials were available.
When the monsoon arrived, families worried about leaking roofs, ruined belongings, and sickness.
When summer temperatures rose, plastic-tarpaulin shelters offered little to no protection.
Children struggled to study. Parents worried about safety. Families focused strictly on surviving each day instead of planning for the future.
